Now I am really hoping I can get the elusive finally track finished for the release of the new album, it’s been a challenge to say the least, the track started out as another “epic” as JJ puts it with the total running time at around twenty six minutes, yes I kid you not!
OK, I know I did the same with Continental Drift (LoFi / Download) back on the Standing in the Shadows album, but I never expected this track to keep going, so I’m not sure if it will be on the new album in it’s entirety, I may have to do an edited version, such as a radio edit or even leave it off this release and release it on it’s own as a net exclusive, I know that Continental Drift was very popular with fans, but is everyone ready for another track that is over twenty minutes long, or should I release the track as stand alone release but split into tracks/section for easier listening, I’m really not to sure at the moment.
We will have to see how both of us feel, we don’t want the album swamp by one particular track and then again we are known for throwing in that unusual piece of work on an album every now and again

Lux Lucis Quod Vis Somnium Cover
Well it’s really not long to go now until we release the new album, I’m currently working on the last track to be finished for the release, it’s taken me longer than I had hoped, but as JJ has mentioned before, I do like to take my time on tracks that have become something special to me.
For those who don’t know, the release date is the 25th July and the new album is titled “Lux Lucis Quod Vis Somnium”. The album features the collaboration between ourselves and Corrientes on the track I Need You and several remixes added as bonus tracks of some of the popular tracks from the album, the artwork for the album is by Marc Allsopp aka Assassin.

I decided to start adding my CD collection onto my hard drive with iTunes today, so far I have 2,234 tracks added and I’m using 10.86GB of hard drive space, in hindsight I think I should of got an 80GB iPod Classic, instead of the 8GB iPod nano!
I have downloaded a great collection of tracks from unsigned artists of the past few months and this has added to the amount of tracks that I already have, without adding my CD collection.
Anywho I have created a random playlist that has a limit of 7GB and will change my playlist to give me tracks I haven’t played in the last week and will give me a fresh updated list each time I plug in my iPod, but, I am considering getting a bigger iPod, I should get all my CD albums and CD Singles onto an 80GB model as it supposedly handles up to 20,000 tracks, so I should get my 200+ CDs onto one of those

Now we are not entirely sure what this means and if anyone knows out there in internet land then please let us know, we can only assume that we are “featured” in some way or another at iLike, it shows that all our tracks are now “featured”.
But we can’t seem to find out how and where they have been featured, but we are over the moon that they are featured.

It’s only Tuesday and it’s already been a very busy week, what with keeping down a job and working on the last two tracks for the new album, I never seem to stop, JJ handed me an unfinished track the other day for me to tweak and I’ve got my two tracks to finish which includes as JJ puts it “another epic”
So far we’ve had a great response to the new tracks for the album, so I myself am quite pleased with the feedback, but there will certainly be those that don’t like our work, but as long as somebody likes it, then what the hey
Anywho, back to work on the tracks and keep on eye on our POPMusic page for more exclusive
