Remergence Electronica Duo

As a lot of you know both JJ and myself have our own Twitter accounts, but we have been pondering on whether we should just use the one, to stop a bit of the confusion.

If we were to use the one account then we would end tweets with ^KW for myself and ^JJ for Jake’s tweets, so we are pondering on if this would be better or not, so we are throwing this out to you the readers and fans of Remergence.

So please let us know, do you think we should just use the one account fro Remergence which is @RemBeatZ or do you think we should keep the two going?

Got an interesting email today from GarageBand:

It’s been over ten years since we started helping discover independent music on the ol’ interwebs. Things have changed a lot since then. Most of those changes have been good and some of them have been bad. Some changes are just bitter-sweet.

It’s with this bitter-sweetness that we are announcing today that Garageband.com will be discontinued as of July 15th, 2010.

The landscape of how music is discovered and delivered has changed drastically over the last decade and we are proud to have been a huge part of that change — first with Garageband.com and then with iLike.com and beyond. Sadly, that landscape will not include Garageband.com anymore.

I had a complete momentary lapse of madness earlier on and decided to give away one of our albums for free, this free music download give away was an exclusive to fans that follow us on ReverbNation and an email was sent out to the hundreds of fans asking them to reply if they would like a free copy of one of albums.

JJ here with some sad news, now those of you who do follow us around the internet may of noticed on Karen’s twitter @BlazingMinds she has had an incident with some one damaging her pride and joy, her Mini Cooper, she posted on twitter some nights back that some heartless shit had thrown paint over her car.

I have said to her that I will not take my cut from the sales we make from our music until there has been enough to cover the cost of the repairs that need to be done.
