We’ve Streamlined our Blog!

Over the last few days, we have been looking at the blog and decided to streamline it a bit, we have removed a lot of the junk off the sidebar and started using a new theme which is quicker to load.
Also a few of the plugins have been removed to help the speed of the blog, hopefully this will make the blog quicker for readers to move around the blog.
Most of the stuff on the blog wasn’t need and that is the main reason for removing it, so what do you think, it’s a simple design and quick..

I like it – the only things I’d suggest would be removing the toolbar at the bottom of the page, and moving the CMF Ads widget up a bit
Otherwise, the streamlining is pretty sweet.

I’ll leave the Toolbar for a while, I’ve found having this reduces my bounce rate

I think it is looking great! I like the blue background that you see on your top posts and the only thing I’d suggest is making that a floating background so that when you scroll down the page, you can see it. Otherwise it is lovely.

I seem to be having a problem , subscribing to your RSS feed. It comes up with error 451. Let me know if its a common error or if its just me . Ive tried opera and firefox. Im using Norton Firewall and im not sure how to turn it off . Im not too fimiliar with Netbooks. Ill come back to your site and see if you have responded. bye now
